In August 2020, kendra was super stoked to be part of the small team that re-launched Payless.com, formerly known as Payless Shoesource, to the North American market.

While she wore many hats while collaborating with the global franchises, kendra’s bread-and-butter was creating, managing, and publishing content for the brand’s social media pages (Instagram and Facebook) and digital marketing materials. She developed content strategies, calendars, and influencer-led campaigns, and engaged with customers through comments and messages … all while keeping up with the trends in the social sphere.

Fast-forward to 2023, Payless.com decided to wind-down their e-commerce site in North American, selling exclusively on Amazon.
